Let the swag begin.

One of the writers ( Paul McNamee ) from my Strange Worlds Anthology posted on the Barsoomia facebook page that ” 3 John Carter omnibuses which will be collecting the entire ERB series – not just the first five out-of-copyright. (plus, movie novelization as a separate entry, too)”. So I chased after them  and found the unfinished covers. They may be by artist Justin Sweet.

I’m quite interested in the reprint of A Princess of Mars that also includes the novelization of the movie. All of this arrives in February ( oh the pain ! ) All of this info comes from Pulp Coming Attractions – Jeff

I am so tornn about that novelization, usually they just republish the original book and call it a novelization, I-robot, Dantes inferno . . . just about everyone does that

    sure that would be nice . . . .. .

    but I dont want that o _ o

I want a new book, and if it is an adaption of an adaption, that means it will be further away from the film . . . thus new stuff

Cool! I wonder how they’ll divide the series into three volumes. Three-four-four perhaps? That novelization, if it’s based on their script, will be an interesting addition to the ERB bookshelf.

it seems everyone is thinking the same thing

that it would be best if the novelization is in fact a novelization

plus if they have unique animals in the movie (not from the series) that are not named, maybe they will be named in the book :O

So who is the publisher on these? I don’t see it listed at Coming Attractions.

And since these include all the later novels, I assume they are authorized …?
