It’s well worth watching! It’s the kind of stuff I love to find in the special features of a DVD, and the movie hasn’t even been released yet. 🙂 There are some miniscule spoilers and a few intriguing hints at moderate spoilers.

The producer’s intro speech isn’t included in the video, but from the descriptions of what he said, it sounds like they’re intentionally pushing the message of “ERB as pioneer”.

I think I made it sound more spoilery than it is. They talk a lot about their roles with the visual effects, and about different techniques and bits of uncontextualized scenes, but don’t really give away much story.

I especially like producer Kevin Kurtz’s explanation of the retro-sci-fi quality of ERB’s work that Stanton sought to preserve. Kurtz is sitting in the front row of the audience and talks toward the end of the second video segment, if I remember correctly.

Yep, I believe that was the other write-up that I found. It’s a good play-by-play.
