A great new interview with Stanton.

He talks about adapting A Princess of Mars and elements from the other books, and just he ended up making the movie in the first place – Jeff

    Very encouraging comments by Stanton.

I like his acknowledgement that the film would be immediately pidgeon-holed as a copy unless he approached it differently. The historical drama is a pretty clever way to adapt it. I hope it works on film.

Reading this makes me feel much better that it ended in his hands in many respects.

  2. Yea, I’m thrilled it remains in it’s time frame.
